Ashley Carson
Soma movement founder & Yoga Teacher
Ashley is a movement and mindfulness muse, drawn to these practices through a personal journey of reconnection. In her early adult years, yoga became the way to feel, and to begin healing her relationship with her body. What began as imbalance and disorder has slowly shifted into to loving awareness, personal sovereignty, and to creating spaces where others can land more abundantly within themselves.
As the founder of Soma Movement, Ashley bring’s an extensive education in human biology & holistic nutrition, an upbringing in dance and athletics, natural leadership, and an inclination for the mystical to her teaching. Her classes are portals for deep alchemy and attunement. Expect intentional sensation and strength, feel-good flow patterns, and playful experimentation - always grounded in presence and care.
Creating Soma Movement is her love letter to the magic of a movement practice, and to the people who show up for themselves inside it.
Sarah Donlevy
SOma movement opErations manager
Movement has always been part of Sarah’s story. With a background in various competitive sports, she was drawn to structure and strength, but it was through the stillness of yoga that she truly connected to what her body and mind were craving.
After experiencing burnout in the corporate world, she chose a more intentional path. She completed her Pilates teacher training and Reiki Level 1, and now blends her love of mindful movement and passion for yoga to help others slow down, tune in, and reconnect with their authenticity.
As Operations Manager, Sarah brings both heart and strategy to everything she does — creating spaces where wellness, warmth, and intention meet.
Brittany Hachey
YOga & Embodiment teacher
Brittany is a certified Yoga and Embodiment teacher who believes that love is the foundational current flowing through all of life. With deep compassion and empathy, she artfully weaves together structure, science, and spirit to create transformative experiences in every class she leads.
Drawing from years of dedicated practice and teaching, Brittany has developed a signature approach that blends the precision of anatomy and alignment with the intuitive depth of the mystical and unseen. Her classes are more than movement—they are journeys into the self. Each offering is thoughtfully crafted to meet you exactly where you are and gently invite you into the raw, unfiltered truth of being human.
-
For Brittany, the yoga mat is a sacred laboratory for life itself. She believes that how we move, breathe, and show up in practice reflects and informs how we navigate the world beyond the studio. Her teaching encourages a courageous shedding of layers, revealing the inherent wholeness and truth that lies within.
Infused with wisdom from ancient texts, the natural world, poetry, and her own soul’s connection to the ever-present pulse of love, Brittany’s classes offer more than just physical practice—they are portals to inner alchemy. Expect to walk away changed, even if only subtly.
Beyond the studio, Brittany is a lover of quiet magic: she delights in curling up with a good book and a warm cup of tea, immersing herself in backwoods camping adventures, soaking in long, lazy afternoons by the ocean, and exploring the wonder of the world with open-hearted curiosity.
"You are one thread in this tapestry of life. Let's weave beauty together.""
