Ashley Carson

Soma movement founder & Yoga Teacher

Ashley is a movement and mindfulness muse, drawn to these practices through a personal journey of reconnection. In her early adult years, yoga became the way to feel, and to begin healing her relationship with her body. What began as imbalance and disorder has slowly shifted into to loving awareness, personal sovereignty, and to creating spaces where others can land more abundantly within themselves.

As the founder of Soma Movement, Ashley bring’s an extensive education in human biology & holistic nutrition, an upbringing in dance and athletics, natural leadership, and an inclination for the mystical to her teaching. Her classes are portals for deep alchemy and attunement. Expect intentional sensation and strength, feel-good flow patterns, and playful experimentation - always grounded in presence and care.

Creating Soma Movement is her love letter to the magic of a movement practice, and to the people who show up for themselves inside it.

Sarah Donlevy

SOma movement opErations manager

Movement has always been woven into Sarah’s life, but yoga invited a new kind of presence, one rooted in breath, curiosity, and connection to self.

After building a steady career in the corporate IT world, she felt a quiet pull toward a more intentional way of living - one defined by self-trust, purpose, and embodiment. Choosing what was true over what was familiar, she transitioned into the wellness space, completing her Pilates teacher training and Reiki Level 1.

Sarah believes in community as a source of healing and inspiration and brings grounded care and thoughtful leadership to every space she’s part of. Outside the studio, you’ll find her writing, designing, creating, or spending time with her cat Bear and tending to the everyday rituals that keep her grounded and inspired.

Brittany Hachey

YOga & Embodiment teacher

Brittany is a certified Yoga and Embodiment teacher who believes that love is the foundational current flowing through all of life. With deep compassion and empathy, she artfully weaves together structure, science, and spirit to create transformative experiences in every class she leads.

Drawing from years of dedicated practice and teaching, Brittany has developed a signature approach that blends the precision of anatomy and alignment with the intuitive depth of the mystical and unseen. Her classes are more than movement—they are journeys into the self. Each offering is thoughtfully crafted to meet you exactly where you are and gently invite you into the raw, unfiltered truth of being human.

  • For Brittany, the yoga mat is a sacred laboratory for life itself. She believes that how we move, breathe, and show up in practice reflects and informs how we navigate the world beyond the studio. Her teaching encourages a courageous shedding of layers, revealing the inherent wholeness and truth that lies within.

Infused with wisdom from ancient texts, the natural world, poetry, and her own soul’s connection to the ever-present pulse of love, Brittany’s classes offer more than just physical practice—they are portals to inner alchemy. Expect to walk away changed, even if only subtly.

Beyond the studio, Brittany is a lover of quiet magic: she delights in curling up with a good book and a warm cup of tea, immersing herself in backwoods camping adventures, soaking in long, lazy afternoons by the ocean, and exploring the wonder of the world with open-hearted curiosity.

"You are one thread in this tapestry of life. Let's weave beauty together.""

Courtney Parsons

Yoga teacher

Courtney first stepped onto a yoga mat as a younger dancer, drawn to the physical challenge and flow of the practice. What started as a way to stay strong and flexible quickly became something more - a space to breathe, rest, and feel grounded.

Since launching her business in 2018, yoga has evolved into so much more than a physical practice. It's become her go-to tool for finding calm amidst the chaos of entrepreneurship and her fast paced lifestyle. Her classes are a blend of mindful movement, intentional breath, and the occasional nudge to turn inward and find balance in her everyday routine. Whether you’re new to yoga, or returning to your mat, Courtney offers a welcoming space to reconnect to yourself, your body and your breath.

Jess Wiebe

Yoga teacher

Jess loves creating a warm and inviting space, where students can land in their body, connect with their breath, and move through an energetic and challenging practice. One that builds strength, confidence and trust in oneself. In Jess’s classes, you can expect a large focus on the breath and intentional movement. While having time to digest and feel grounded and nourished along the way. We move from the heart, listen to the body as it speaks through sensation and honour the body by making the adjustments that it needs. Jess is a huge lover of props and encourages a sense of curiosity and playfulness throughout the practice. There is always space for intuitive and self-directed movement!

Vivienne Dineen

Yoga teacher

Vivienne teaches compassionate classes with a strong focus on connecting movement and breath. Through gentle communion with the courage that lies within each of us, Vivienne hopes to provide a safe space for students to explore the possibilities and go deeper.

When Vivienne took her first hot yoga class about 15 years ago, she was ignited. From that pivotal moment her path was altered and she began her lifelong journey as student and teacher. Quenching her thirst for learning, she dove into many yoga teacher training opportunities from flow, yin, prenatal, meditation, to yoga based fitness and even light hearted laughter yoga. Living in an 'experienced' body has provided lots of opportunities to develop alternative ways with traditional poses and transitions embracing the supportive use of blocks, straps and a wide variety of props.

Vivienne loves to spend time on or in the ocean. You know what they say about salt water.
