A slinky, grounding practice rooted in mindful - yin style movement and an intentional focus on the breath. This class perfectly calms the body and soothes the mind to sink into a guided meditation to finish.

The first half moves with steady, breath-led strength - building energy & presence. The second half softens into deep, supported shapes, guiding you back into your body’s natural rhythm of rest, integration, and release.
Yoga: Longevity Flow (reduced heat)
A gentle, extra reduced-heat yoga class designed to support mobility, balance, and strength for the long run. This class is especially suited for those with limited mobility, or anyone wanting a slower-paced practice that builds functional strength and mindful awareness. Chairs are available for added support if needed. Expect a warm, community-centered atmosphere that nurtures peace, vibrancy, and resilience in body and mind..
