A slinky, exploratory class rooted in mindful - yin style movement and an intentional focus on the breath. This class perfectly calms the body and soothes the mind to sink into a guided meditation to finish.

Our recovery lounge includes private access to a traditional Finnish sauna and cold plunge - designed to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and restore your nervous system. The combination of heat and cold therapy encourages powerful physiological shifts, boost immunity, and improves mood and resilience.

Book solo or with a friend, and give yourself time to unwind. Bring a journal, a book, or simply your breath. This is your space to clear your mind, soften your body, and return to centre.

Finnish Sauna

A heat ritual, rooted in tradition.

Our sauna offers both dry heat and the option to add steam, inviting deep release through warmth and sweat. This practice boost circulation, supports detoxification, relaxes muscles, and soothes the nervous system. Whether dry or steamy, its your space to slow down, recalibrate, and restore from the inside out.
